Employee Engagement – The Voice of the Clinician Project
The Voice of the Clinician (VotC) project was conducted in the Mid North Coast Region of New South Wales (NSW), Australia, between 2016-2018. It was a collaboration between Committix Pty Ltd and the Mid North Coast Local Health District. This website is a resource about the Voice of the Clinician Project (#frontlineclinicianvoice) and about employee engagement more generally.
